Vanshanugath & Other Artisans Development Foundation (VADF) is a PAN India Section 8 company established on 17 December 2019. The organization works towards social reformation and upliftment of hereditary and other artisan communities through entrepreneurship promotion, skill-set development, and access to higher education opportunities.
Registered firms, companies, trusts, societies, social organizations, and self-help groups can become members of VADF and collaborate for mutual growth, partnership initiatives, and collective progress.

Dr. V. Vishwanathan Velayudhan
Artisan welfare, community leadership and policy advocacy.
With decades of experience in artisan welfare and grassroots mobilization, Dr. Velayudhan has championed the dignity, livelihoods and recognition of traditional artisan communities. In 2002, he played a leading role in establishing Chhattisgarh Shri Vishwakarma Mahasangh. He founded VADF in 2019 to advance artisan livelihoods, skills and collective entrepreneurship.
Prof. Sagar P. Zilpe
Livelihood creation, entrepreneurship and transformation.
Prof. Sagar P. Zilpe brings experience in grassroots livelihood initiatives, skill development, small-business enablement and enterprise transformation. His work connects artisan cluster development and community-led economic growth with technology, institutional development and sustainable livelihoods.
